Audi Q5 facelift with discrete changes revealed through official photographs

First visuals of the facelifted Audi Q5 have been released online. The ever so lightly modified Q5 will go on sale later this year. The 2013 year model carries certain styling tweaks and minor interior appointments. Changes in the chassis are few along with slight changes to the engine options.

The front fascia features a new six point grille and a tweak to the fog light enclosure. The headlight assembly has a continuous and nicely flowing LED strip compared to the predecessor's stacked fixtures. The side profile is exactly the same as the previous version with new tail light graphics and apron on the rear fascia.
The modifications to interior are even more discrete

and have got to do with the slightly more premium interior trim and new steering wheel design.
Audi is said to have made changes to the car's chassis by fine-tuning the suspension system. The engines may also be more fuel efficient with a 3-liter TFSI engine expected to be launched in different levels of output. In-depth details on the revised Q5 are expected to surface in the following months.
Since the changes are hardly substantial, the launch of the Audi Q5 facelift may not take very long to unfold here in the Middle East which can help Audi Middle East to build on the consistent start they've had in 2012.
