not-insubstantial matter of Microsoft’s next-gen gambit – Xbox One. We’ve already taken a thorough look
Microsoft- Forza 5 might be lacking when it comes to content – featuring only 200 cars and 14 tracks compared with its predecessor’s 500 cars and 27 circuits – but developer Turn 10’s latest driving sim nails it where the important stuff is concerned. It offers a typically superb driving experience, married to some blistering next-generation visuals. Off the track, there’s plenty for petrol heads to enjoy too, with fully featured customisation options and the new Drivatar system. Here, Forza 5 studies your driving style and creates your own virtual racer, able to shuttle off to the Cloud and compete in competitions while you’re away from your console. Truthfully, Forza 5’s disappointingly slender track roster limits the potential fun but, even so, this latest entry in the critically acclaimed series is still worth taking for a spin.
